School lunch box ideas

So, the kids are returning to school. Phew! 🤣🤣🤣  Now we have to come up with school lunch box ideas. I’m not sure what’s worse, trying to think of what to make so they’ll actually eat from their lunch box or having them home on holidays constantly saying, “I’m hungry”, hehe.   I think I just answered my own question.

Lunch boxes have to be easier, don’t they?

Classes if you are local (Melbourne) or Zooms from anywhere 🙂

They are if you’re armed with easy to make food that kids will actually eat. You know, the stuff they don’t bring back home.

Although I remember that if you popped in a frozen drink, so they’re still chilled and looking good, you have the option to say, “eat what you didn’t eat from your lunchbox,” when they shout, “I’m hungry” after five minutes of being home—got em! Ha! I guess that’s going to depend on where you live.

So how can we help?

Of course, you’ll either have to freeze or have a frozen block in the lunch box to keep some of these cool and fresh.

Now, if you want sweet stuff. I’m also your girl.

Oh, I could go on. Some cupcakes and cakes can be made into cupcakes. Really there is no excuse for not finding something that your little balls of energy won’t love. I’m getting on with it today for my grandson’s lunchbox.

Hmmm, he makes his own sandwiches so I think I’ll go with the mini pizza quiche and muesli bars.
