My Pasta Class For Beginners.
We have so much fun in this pasta class. Most people think that making pasta is a difficult process. Well, I’m here to tell you it isn’t.
Many of the students tell me they’ve tried to make pasta before and discuss the problems they have encountered. Here’s what some of them say “It falls apart when I cook it”, or “it’s rubbery and not nice to eat”.
We go through the process, which is so incredibly easy, you don’t even need a recipe. You think it’s all about hard work and kneading, think again. Maybe you’ve seen too many TV cooking shows. 😉
I’ll show you how to get silky smooth, flavourful pasta. Oh and don’t forget the sauces. The sauces I have chosen for this class will also inspire you to make pasta for any night of the week. I can show how using just a few simple ingredients can make a quick and flavourful glossy coating for your pasta.
When is it?
I run this class 3 or 4 times a year, keep an eye out on my calendar for the next event if you would like to see how simple it really is. After all, if Nona makes this for dinner each night, it can’t be that hard.
