Home Made Sausages

Are you like me and worry about what they could be hiding in shop bought sausages? Maybe they’re fine but you’d prefer a different texture or taste?  Well, worry no more.  In my fresh sausage class, I show you how easy it is to make fresh sausages.  I promise if you make and eat one of these you’ll never go back to the store bought ones again.

What do you get?

Together we make 4 batches of sausages each with a distinct flavour. My hand out will remind you of what we did and tells you where to get all the ingredients.


During the class, we cook off some of the sausages to try with lunch.  Then you get to split the remainder up to take home to share with your families.Indian sausage

These little beauties are a bit different from the shop bought varieties.  You know the ones almost pureed, synthetic skinned and stuffed with fillers.
