I update this website with information about recipes, classes and all things food.  Call it a Blog? I don’t know it’s more like an information site about cooking and a place to find out about my classes I suppose.  Whenever I have the time, you’ll catch me writing about subjects I think might be of interest to you.

Many students ask me for recipes and technique advice.  I figure if one person has asked others may be interested as well.  So, I post the written responses here on my blog for all to see.  

The only recipes I can’t share are specific recipes that I use in classes. There are some exceptions. Some of the recipes were posted before they were ever added to my classes. These are recipes that usually have a lot of technique and even though you’ll find them on my site, seeing and discussing the making of them in class is a huge advantage to getting them right every time.

What do you want to know?

So ask me what you will, and I’ll attempt to answer your requests. But remember I won’t offend my loyal students, so if I answer with “I’m sorry I teach that recipe in my ____ Class”  I may not be able to help. I’m sure you’ll understand.   There’s nothing worse than paying for a class only to find that you can get the same recipe online for free.
