Vegetarian in a Flash

Christine has just completed her first Vegetarian in a flash class.  It was a huge success.

The menu consisted of….

Cheesy Sprinkle (non dairy)

Brazil nut parmesan

Cashew ricotta cheese

Quick Veggie Frittata

Chickpea dip with beetroot

Seed crackers

Walnut stuffed mushroom caps with thyme

Quinoa Veggie loaf

Cinnamon Roasted Sweet Potato

Cauliflower Cheese

Chia Dukkah

Lentil Veggie burgers

No bake brownie slice

Breakkie bars

and they had more recipes in their handouts to try at home.  You can probably guess everyone went home well fed.

                        Another great class with Bec and Christine! Christine showed us some superb vegetarian dishes which we sampled with gusto. One of the wonderful aspects of these classes is the numerous little tips you get in addition to the wonderful recipes. Well done girls!
                        Hi Bec, I really loved today and it was better than I thought it was going to be. I was so hoping that my daughter Kate who is vegetarian was going to learn something from it and that Id get some ideas to make my two vegans food a little interesting. Kate has a lot of knowledge in the naturopathy and has worked in an organic health food place for years. Whenever I eat the food she makes I always feel so much better. She loved today and was really impressed. I loved the alternatives that I can use in normal recipes rather than having to do something new every time. Looking forward to the Springvale tour.
