Pears 3 ways

What I did with the ice cream was to fold through the pear delight and some rose petals from our garden. I did this while the mixture was soft and then I put it back in the freezer over night.

For the vanilla pudding I poached some pears in port, Cinnamon, star anise and sugar then cooled. Once cooled cubed them into small pieces. At the bottom of a mold I put the pecan (upturned so it presented nicely when turned out) and placed some of the pear pieces on top of it. I made a simple vanilla pudding mix and poured it in over the top. Baked them off in a water bath in the oven. YUM lol
