Maple Syrup Cupcakes

Maple Cake Recipe

220 grams unsalted butter

320 grams all-purpose flour, or Gluten free plain flour

1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

1 3/4 cups sugar

4 large eggs

270 mls milk

40 grams Maple Extract
1  Preheat oven to 180 c. Line the cupcake pans with your choice of cupcake liners.

2 Insert the butterfly to your Thermomix bowl, add the butter and sugar and mix on speed 4 for 1 min.

3 Add the eggs one at a time and continue to mix on speed 4 till they are incorporated into the batter

4 Add the maple syrup and the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix on speed 4 for 30 sec.

5 Pour your mix into the cupcake liners 2/3 full.

6 Bake until golden and cool.
