Our homemade sausage class is very popular and why wouldn’t they be when we offer samples at our huge Open Days.
We have loads of fun, as you can see by the photos. There are lots of taste testing of my recipes. Once I even had the chance to entice some Italians with some of my flavour combinations. They loved them. Yay.
Apple and fennel, warm Indian spice mix and hot and spicy Thai, Dried sour cherry and pistachio I could go on and on.
In our Fresh Sausage Class, we discuss ratios of fat and salt you need for the base of any good sausage mix. We talk about the do’s and don’ts, whys and whens. We make four different sausage flavours and cook a few up for lunch and you take the rest home.
After lunch, we, bag up all the sausages we’ve made for you to take home and share with your family and friends. You need to bring a cooler bag or esky. This is an action packed Hands on Class so make sure you bring your apron and a healthy appetite.
