Set up for class

At Bec’s Table, we offer classes on all kinds of cooking, by listening to our students needs we then develop classes or courses to cater for them.  With today’s concerns about processed foods, we want to show you how easy it is to make delicious food from scratch.  We have Chefs, Patissier’s, Nutritionists and experts in their field, that run classes at Bec’s Table

We keep our class sizes small, so we can offer a better service to the students, whether it be a demonstration or hands-on class.  After being a student and a teacher at Chisholm, we set our focus on imparting knowledge and making it fun.  

Once you’ve done a class at our cooking school, you automatically go into our insider’s club where we send you a monthly e-newsletter with additional recipes or offers of special events.

Although we don’t have all our classes up on our calendar at any given time (there are just too many) you may find what you’re looking for on our  Bec’s Classes/Past classes page   We have loads of recipes that I’m sure you’ll love.  So why not take a little time out, grab a cuppa and check what we have to offer.

Fragrant Spice 

“Had a wonderful class today of making spices. Not only did we make the spices, we also cooked up some tasty dishes using the spices made. We made Laksa spice, Southern fried chicken spice, Penang Curry spice, Madras and ras El Hanout, just to name a few. The flavours were amazing and the smell in the kitchen incredible.

Bec always thinks outside the box in her teachings. We don’t just cook, bake or make we create and I always leave with a feeling of achievement after one of the classes at Bec’s Table.

The best thing about the spices is that I know what went into them, nothing artificial.

Bake Club

“How many Seasons of bake club at Bec’s have I done…. so many I have lost count, it’s simply where my car takes me every other week.
The atmosphere at Bec’s is Warm- from the ovens waiting for our creations, Welcoming- as all the other wonderful bakers start to arrive, Inviting- us to look at the recipes and see what “feature” we will bake with tonight, Tasty- as we collaborate over the outcomes and Generous- with the teaching’s, learning’s & goodie box of yumminess we take home after every bake 🙂 Thanks Bec & all the other lovely people at Bake Club who share their loveliness x ”  Janmaree
