Home Made Lollies.
This is such a fun class. Who doesn’t like some kind of lolly? These homemade lolly recipes mimic the shop bought varieties, but with our homemade versions, you know exactly what’s gone into them.
How is the lolly class run and what will I learn?
This class is hands-on, with some demonstration. Once you get the caramel (toffy) training under your belt, you’re off and running. I’m by your side to show you all the techniques and tips you need.
- What is caramel?
- How to make caramel the easy way
- Learn the stages of making caramel, for use in a wide range of recipes.
- Learn, make and share Toffee Apples, salted caramels, chocolate caramels, Musk sticks, sherbet, lolly gobble bliss bombs, liquorice straps, honeycomb, lolly pops, Marshmallows and possibly raspberry sticks or pistachio sticks, whatever flavour you like.
- This class takes around 2- 2 1/2 hours, and you go home with a stash of lollies to share with your family and friends. They’re gonna love you. 😉
I’m pretty sure there are going to be a few favourite recipes in this class. How cool would it be to be able to make some of these for your next school fundraiser?

Here’s what some of the students had to say about our first class.
Fantastic class as always, Bec
A terrific class full of great tips, recipes and fun. Loved it. Want to do this class again when it runs.
Thank you, Bec for another fabulous class! I really enjoyed the mix of demo and hands-on. There was a good selection of dishes to make and new techniques to learn along with lots of helpful shortcuts and other cooking secrets that you are always generous in sharing.
Probably my favourite class so far, I can’t wait to practice at home and I look forward to my next class with you!
