I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and this New Year is everything you wished and dreamed for.
This is the year that I will start my cooking school. I will be starting slow as there’s still a lot of work that needs to be done in the unit. The first classes that I will be organising will be airbrushing (cake decoration).
I did my training with Daniel Power about 6 years ago. It is easy to pick up an airbrush and squirt away, but with a little extra knowledge of how the airbrush is supposed to be used, the results are worth the effort.
I will be teaching the foundation exercises that airbrushing is built on to create seamless colour gradation and control.
I’m also going to start the new year off with a different look on my blog.
Now that I have sorted out how to do labels I am going to put recipes in categories. That should make it easier for you and me to find things.
