Cupcake recipe

Rich chocolate with Turkish delight centres
185g unsalted butter (room temp)
345g Caster sugar
3 eggs
185g Self raising flour
60g cake flour
125g Dutched cocoa
125ml milk
24 small cubes of Turkish delight

Preheat the oven to 180c. Line your cupcake trays. 
Place sugar into your TM bowl mix on speed 9 for 5 sec.
Add the butterfly to the TM bowl
Place butter into bowl and set to speed 3-4 till the mix is light and creamy.
add the eggs, one at a time till Incorporated into the mix. 
Add the flours, cocoa and milk and mix on speed 3 till fully cleared.
Fill the liners 1/2 then pop on a small Turkish delight cube then add a tablespoon of the mix on top to cover.
Bake in oven for approx 20 mins.
Once out of the oven let cool for 5 mins then place them on a wire rack to finish cooling.
