As most of you know my prices are great.  All I want to do, is provide the tools to get you back into your kitchens, and have fun while your there.

More great stock in time for Christmas.


How much do I buy? There are so many fun things coming in to my cooking school. It’s so nice that these little items can keep most foodies happy at Christmas. When you think of the costs people outlay for some hobbies, I know I don’t have to worry about mine.  And anyway everyone at my place benefits from my hobbies.  Can’t say that about water skiing or drifting.  Oh wait, I do have the occasional weekend to myself, that’s a benefit ehheheheee.  For anyone that doesn’t know me more intimately, my husband and son, do that crazy motor sport called Drifting.  You know, going really fast, on a race track, SIDEWAYS.  I don’t ever go as a spectator. eeeek


Anyway here are some pictures of some of the items that arrived yesterday.

My motto is  “Always offer your Best Price”.  Why wouldn’t you????

This stock is slowly dissapearing.  Thank goodness cause most of the new items have moved in to take its place.  Check out what is new on face book.

As you know (if you have been to my little shop)  I have been trying to keep items in stock that I use in my classes.  And so that you don’t feel you have to purchase overly expensive items, I have kept my markup as low as I can.   BUT, I am working on new classes at the moment and have to rationalise my stock, to make room for some very cool new items.

I have found a new supplier that can help with pattiserie and cake decorating type items and they are so reasonably priced, I’m still asking why?????  But just to my self,  Dont want them to think there cheap, gosh who knows what might happen.

So that I can fit these new lines in, I have reduced the price on some of my lines making them less than my cost.

After all, if you can’t go home and make the items I show you in class, whats the point!!!

Firstly, I have marked all masterclass stock 20% off.  This will remain till the stock has gone.  Does it all spatula’s are reduced not that I will stop stocking them but my supplier gave me a deal so once the specials are gone they will be back to normal price. I have lots of other stock reduced as well.

I am so excited about the new classes.  Thank you so much for all your suggestions etc.

After my French Dinner Party class, we started the ball rolling with the specials so get in quick before they all go.  As you know my cooking school is open on Mondays from 12 noon till 7pm but please facebook, email or call me if you would like to make an appointment any other time.


Most of my new lines will come in next month,  I cant wait to show you them.


Now their in I can tell you there are loads of Cake decorating items. Prices start and $3.50 I will be posting a new page to show you what I mean.  I will call it “cake decorating stock ”  why not do a search if your interested.

I have to say they are my favourite. When I do my classes I often have students asking me where they can purchase them. Well, I don’t know of anywhere around here, I use to get mine from Essential Ingredient in Prahran. I have tracked them down and bought a box full, so now I have them at the school. They are $7.60 for a 250g box. Why not pop in one Monday (between 12noon and 7pm while were open to the public) to check them out.







And what about these?  You may have seen the contestants and chef’s using these wonderful stocks on Masterchef.  Its always nice to make your own stock, but when you dont have time, the next best thing is to use the best quality ingredients with no added rubbish. These stocks are $8 a sachet but full of real flavour goodness.  If I havent had the time to make my own stock this is the product I use.


New Stock

I have been getting loads of stock in over the last few days.

For those that have been waiting for the very large Cheese boards, there back!

I have also got a few more amuse bouche sets, and more new varieties on their way, new oven mats from “Master Chef” that are of similar quality to the silpat ones I use, at almost 1/2 the price.

From now till Christmas, I have organised a steady stream of cool gift ideas for foodie friends and family.  And Who doesnt love food????     As you know my prices are the cheapest I can possibly make them, so pop down one Monday, during my new open hours of 12 noon till 7pm and check them out.
