See inside the TM bowl, that’s milled chia seed, flax seed and a couple of almonds. I did that first on speed 10 for about 20 seconds, then I chuck in everything else. oh and a bit of raw honey at the back there, see it? This keeps me going till lunch. And the best part, all the fibre and goodness is still in there ready to drink, the Thermomix has pulverised everything to such a fine particle size that it doesn’t separate in the glass. Its a home made smoothie.
