Want to do more with your Thermal mixer? Using your Thermie on baking day makes the job easy and fun. Let Thermal mixer veteran Rick Lavender show you how to create some of his favourite easy and totally impressive bread recipes for the Thermomix.

Rick has put together a selection of his favorite bread and baked recipes including, crusty French style pain a l’ancienne, beetroot/rye bread, an all new traditional bagel recipe and all new sticky cinnamon scrolls. Each recipe will be discussed in detail, prepared and cooked right in front of you. And with only 8 people in each class you get to see everything and ask as many questions as you like. 

 Best of all you get to sample everything as it comes hot out of the oven!
Comprehensive notes and recipes are provided to make sure that you know exactly what you are doing when you get home to your own Thermie.
