Air brushing for Cake Decorators.

Melissa’s Back heheheeee
Isn’t it funny how you can learn a skill and it sort of gets put on the back burner because you don’t have time to do it anymore, or sometimes it just goes out of fashion.   About 6 months ago I had a group of guys around that wanted to be shown the basics of airbrushing. It was fun and they seemed to like it but now I have the cooking school fully operational, I don’t really want to have car body paint all over the place.
Well today was the first day of a series of air brushing classes that I have been asked to do for cake decorators.  Who would think! A group of ladies that want to make pretty designs on cakes.  I have to tell you it was a huge amount of fun for me.   Not a skull and cross bone stencil in the house heheheeee.
Look at the concentration on their faces.

Lunch

We had fresh homemade bread for dessert and an Asian style soup.  Had to make another chocolate tofu dessert because it’s so easy and impressive and if there is any left overs my family wants it.   Oh and it tastes great the other choice for dessert was a Sand Tart with sugar plums.
